Ensure your request is submitted at least 10 business days before the course commencement date to qualify for a full refund or credit note.
Submit Request
Complete the online Withdrawal and Refund form via the Learner Portal, providing your enrollment ID and the reason for your request.
Processing Period
Our admissions team will review your application within 3-5 business days; you will receive a confirmation email once the status is updated.
Receive Refund
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as a course voucher within 7 to 10 business days.
